Founded in 2018, SC Nagaland was established with a simple but ambitious vision: to create opportunities for the young people of Nagaland through sport. The club has evolved from a grassroots football initiative into one of the state's most active youth development organizations — working with children from their earliest years, through structured coaching, competitive opportunities, and pathways to higher levels of the game.
Two dedicated centres provide structured, age-appropriate coaching for boys and girls — building technical ability, game intelligence, and character from the very first session.

Players receive structured coaching several times a week, using age-appropriate programmes designed to improve technical ability, decision-making, and physical fitness. Arena 365 also hosts internal competitions, talent identification sessions, and holiday programmes — open to boys and girls of all ages.
